one more treat to be made before hallowe'en passes through…
if you are not a candy kind of creature might you celebrate all hallows' day with a ghost cake!

chocolate peanut butter treats

1 lb confectioners sugar
2 sticks butter or margarine
1 c coconut (optional)
1 c graham crackers crushed
1 tsp vanilla
1 c crunchy peanut butter

~mix together first 6 ingredients
~form into 1 1/2 inch balls
~cover a cookie sheet with waxed paper (parchment paper)
~gently place balls on waxed paper

1 1/2 12 oz bags of semi-sweet chocolate chips

~melt chocolate chips on stove top
~carefully dip the balls into melted chocolate
~place back on the waxed paper
~place in refrigerator for the chocolate to harden

They should remain in the refrigerator until you are ready to enjoy them! Oh so delightful!
