ps restavrant opened for he's my brother she's my sister. never had i heard of this band until now. this country/dirty blues/punk duo jonathan case {drums / keyboards / back-up vocals} & troy murrah {vocals / guitar / harmonica} brought a piece of country from their hometown of victoria, texas to los angeles incorporating a punk sound. johnathan built a truly artistic drum set-up: an open chest used as a base drum, a tire rim, license plates, and a taped on tambourine for drum parts. it simply works in a perfect hillbilly garage punk band sound kind of way.
