winchester mansion

a road adventure to the winchester mansion. i was unable to take photos inside the 110 rooms that were toured. however, i was able to capture a few in the basement. sarah winchester was an oddity of a woman. she believed that the spirits that were killed by the winchester guns during war were after her family. a psychic told her to keep building rooms to confuse the spirits so she built until the day of her death. she used her personal seance room to speak with the spirits as well as use the room to spy on her workers. the number 13 is represented throughout the architecture of the abode. this would have been one interesting woman to have a conversation with.
