the kills @ the music box 5.13.11

ps it was a must that i see the kills again and that i did. the kills are an indie/punk/rock duo formed by american vocalist alison “vv” mosshart and british guitarist jamie “hotel” hince. they infected the audience again and again as if they were sucking each of us in, drawing a bit of blood, but never quite leaving gushing wounds, only beautifully marked musical scars. the music box was filled with distorted energy fed by the electricity of alison and jamie. this was my 3rd time seeing them live and they never disappoint! pick up their latest record, ‘blood pressures' that was released on 4.04.11 and go see them live!
ps ps thank you much alison and jamie for bringing music to my ears and resuscitating my heart.
